The Royal Oak is a charming, creeper-clad pub in the lovely village of Great Wishford, near Salisbury.
The bar is warm with rich polished wood and log fires when the days get chilly. The restaurant is light and contemporary, and allows for casual or more formal dining, whichever suits.
Paul Firmin took over in February 2006 and is passionate about food. The emphasis here is on quality - from the food, to the wine, to the beer.
